Teenager Scales Giza Pyramid to Capture an Amazing View, But Later Is Arrested

Andrej Ciesielski, the 18 year old explorer from Germany filmed himself engaged in scaling the famous pyramid in Egypt and was ultimately nabbed by the police on charges of illegal act.

Andrej mentioned the act in his blog and added that it took only 8 minutes to climb to the top, but took 20 minutes to return to the base. The police could spot him when he had covered half the height as some people drew attention on him by shouting probably in Arabic, which he did not bother and continued climbing listening to music.

The video footage reveals the audio of Andrej expressing his delight on the stunning view from the top, which was really amazing. Climbing the 455 feet oldest and largest of three pyramids in Egypt is an offense, which may result in three years of imprisonment if authorities decide to prosecute the offender.
