Dubai Miracle Garden is The world’s new largest natural flower garden
Dry Dubai is not where you’d expect to get the world’s largest natural flower garden, but then again the state specialises in superlatives and the sudden – plus the world’s tallest building and the world’s tallest hotel, it contains such incongruous interests as the large ski resort Ski Dubai, which is cooled all year and comes complete with actual snow.
Situated in Dubailand near the Arabian Ranches and opened on Valentine’s Day, Dubai Miracle Garden includes over 45 million blossoms over a 72,000 sq metre site and, as well as conventional flowerbeds, it features topiary-style displays with blooms fashioned into the contours of hearts, stars, igloos, pyramids and so on.
Intended as a tourist attraction that ought to bring one million visitors annually after fully created, the site was created by the landscaping business Akar. Floral displays will shift each season so that repeat visitors are going to have new experience every time.
