Micromax Canvas Xpress 4G is on sale on Flipkart for Rs 6,599

Micromax has introduced a low cost 4G smartphone called Micromax Canvas Xpress 4G. The apparatus is priced competitively at Rs 6,599 and sports a 5-inch 720p high definition display screen and is powered by a 1 GHz quad-core processor with 2GB RAM and 16GB internal memory with support for microSD card.

Running Android Lollipop operating system, the double-SIM smartphone includes a 2,000 mAh battery. It includes an 8MP A/F back camera with LED Flash Memory as well as a 2MP front camera. On the connectivity front, it includes WiFi, Bluetooth and supports Indian 4G groups.

Micromax will provide the smartphone in open sale on Flipkart. The Indian smartphone firm also maintains that in less than three months it sold over 300,000 units of the earlier Canvas Xpress 2, making it the one of the most successful smartphones in the sub $100 group.

Micromax says it’s also partnered with Airtel to provide an opening 4G double information offer to get an interval of 6 months across its 4G range of smartphones.
